Aurea Living Harmony Phase III

Amidst lush green spaces nestled within a quality urban living environment, Aurea-Living Harmony Phase III is designed to offer ultimate comfort and serenity to residents.


Aurea-Living Harmony Phase III will consist of duplex/triplex housing units and apartments, complemented by a commercial centre and a leisure centre.


Apartments
Several blocks of low rise and low density apartments of sizes varying from 165 to 350 square metres will be developed, with each block of apartments set in a lush landscaped courtyard. With only two units per floor and a maximum of ground plus 5 floors, the apartments will provide intimate, spacious and conveniently designed living spaces.

Duplexes & Triplexes

Commercial & Restaurant Component
The commercial component will offer convenient shopping and dining facilities including shops, cafes and convenient stores. Leisure & Wellness Component

Deux Bras Integrated Residential Morcellement

A new integrated residential morcellement will be launched this year in Deux Bras. It is a mixed-land use development which will comprise of serviced residential plots, commercial/light industrial plots and leisure facilities.


Belle Rive Project

The company will soon be launching a modern commercial and industrial park equipped with all infrastructure works and services over 60 arpents (24 Ha) of land in Belle Rive. The land is strategically situated along the Wooton-Quartier Militaire road with very close proximity to the highway network. The site boasts an excellent frontage on the main road and utilities services are readily available.
