SIT Property Development Ltd (SPDL), a subsidiary of the Sugar Investment Trust, is inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the construction of infrastructure works to sites S7, S8, S9 and S10 in morcellement Aurea Living Harmony, Cote D’Or, as fully described in the Bidding Documents.

The Bidder must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board under the Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works.

The Bidding Documents can be downloaded by interested Parties below starting from Friday 22^nd November 2024. Prospective Bidders are advised to regularly consult the website to take cognizance on any addendum and/or clarification(s) issued.

Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘Infrastructure Works to Sites S7, S8, S9 and S10 in Morcellement Aurea Living Harmony (Contract Ref: SPDL/RFP/C2024/29)’ shall be addressed to the Officer in Charge and deposited in the tender box located at the registered office of SIT Property Development Ltd. Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebène 72201.

Bids must be submitted not later than Monday 23^rd December 2024 at 15.00 hrs (MUR time). Electronic bids or late submissions will not be accepted.

SPDL reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, and to cancel the bid process at any time prior to award, without incurring any liability towards any bidder or any obligation to inform any bidder of the reasons thereof.
