SIT Property Development Ltd (SPDL), a subsidiary of the Sugar Investment Trust (SIT), is inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the following tenders:

• Request for Quotation for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Shed and refurbishment of Canopies for Three (3) Generators Sets at The CORE Building, Ebène. (Procurement Reference No: SPDL/RFQ/C2025/33)
• Request for Quotation for Cleaning of Windows, Alucobond Cladding Panels and Façades at The CORE Building, Ebène for Years 2025 & 2026.(Procurement Reference No.: SPDL/RFQ/C2025/34)
• Request for Proposal for the Provision of Security Services at The CORE Building, Ebène. (Procurement Reference No: SPDL/RFP/C2025/35)
• Request for Proposal for the Provision of Security Services for the Pumping Station at Valentina and Show Residence at Côte D’Or. (Procurement Reference No: SPDL/RFP/C2025/36)

The Bidding Documents can be downloaded by interested Parties from the SIT website, starting from Thursday 23rd October 2025. Prospective Bidders are advised to regularly consult the website to take cognizance on any addendum and/or clarification(s) issued.

Bids in sealed envelopes should clearly marked the tender bid’s ‘Name’ and the ‘Procurement Reference No.’ and shall be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and deposited in the tender box located at the registered office of SIT Property Development Ltd, Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebène 72201.

Bids must be submitted not later than Monday 10th November 2025 at 15.00 hrs (MUR time). Electronic bids or late submissions will not be accepted.

SIT Property Development Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, and to cancel the bid process at any time prior to award, without incurring any liability towards any bidder or any obligation to inform any bidder of the reasons thereof.
