Pertaining to this matter, a Judges’ Order is needed as per Article 394 of the Civil Code, in the above circumstances.

Documents Required

1. Memorandum & Articles of Association / Constitution of the Company appointing authorised Signatories
2. Certificate of Incorporation
3. Resolution / Extract of Minutes wherein Transfer/Purchase is authorised
4. Copy of NIC or Passports of Signatories are accepted (Photo and Signature should be visible)
5. All Original Share Certificate(s): In case of lost or destroyed certificate(s), please click here.
6. Amendment form to be filled by the transferee to credit any onward dividend into his / her bank account
7. Copy of Bank Statement showing clearly the name and account number as proof
