SIT Property Development Ltd (“SPDL”) wishes to inform the Option holders of SIT Land Holdings Ltd (sister company) and the public at large that SPDL would embark on a residential morcellement project at Aurea Living Harmony at Cote DÓr in November 2025.

During the said landsales, 94 residential lots and one (1) apartment building lot would be available for purchase at Cote d’Or. The Option holders would be given priority during the said landsales and in the event of any remaining plots of land, the landsales would be opened to the general public. This would also entail a temporary suspension of trading of the Options.

The Option holders would be kept informed of the salient dates in due course.
