The Board of Directors of Sugar Investment Trust wishes to inform the public that Mrs Nishta Jooty-Needroo is no longer serving as Chief Executive Officer of Sugar Investment Trust effective as from 30 June 2026 and its subsidiaries, with effect from the Board meeting held on 29 June 2026.

The Board thanks Mrs Nishta Jooty-Needroo for her contribution to the Company.
