SIT Leisure Limited (SITL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sugar Investment Trust (SIT), is hereby inviting bids from local service providers with proven track record and experience to provide transportation services for its personnel at the Splash N Fun Leisure Park, Belle-Mare on contract basis, for the following routes:

1 Route: Bel Air – Bramsthan - Camp Ithier – Camp Marcelin – Quatre Cocos – Flacq – Cote D’Or
Vehicle Required: 15 Seater Van

OR

2 Route: Bel Air – Bramsthan – Camp Ithier – Camp Marcelin – Quatre Cocos – Belle Mare – Poste de Flacq – Poudre D’Or
Vehicle Required: 15 Seater Van

AND

3 Route: Bel Air – Trou D’eau Douce – Camp Ithier – Camp Marcelin – Quatre Cocos – Belle Mare
Vehicle Required: 15 Seater Van

The Service Provider will be required to effect two (2) trips daily for each route, i.e. pick up and drop off (on door-to-door basis), five (5) days a week as stated in the above table. Bidders are requested to submit their best quotations for the provision of transportation services as detailed at Paragraph 1 above, and addressed to Chief Executive Officer, SIT Leisure Limited, Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity Ebène in a sealed envelope, with mention “Request for Proposal for the provision of transport Services for the Employees of SIT Leisure Limited (Reference No. OAB/C2025/28 )” on top end corner of the envelope. The envelope should be deposited at the Reception Counter SIT Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity Ebène by latest Monday 15th September 2025 at 13.30 hrs. SIT Leisure Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all proposals received or cancel the tendering exercise without incurring any liability toward any service provider and/or without having any obligation to inform any service provider of the grounds of its action.
