SIT Property Development Ltd (SPDL), a subsidiary of the Sugar Investment Trust, is inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for Design, Finance and Build of Infrastructural Works for a Residential Morcellement at Côte D’Or, as fully described in the Bidding Documents.

The Bidder must be registered with the Construction Industry Authority under the Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works.

The RFP Documents will be available at the reception desk of SIT Property Development Ltd, Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebène upon a deposit of Rs 6,000.00 (Non-Refundable), starting from Thursday 18th September 2025. Prospective Bidders are advised to regularly consult the website https://www.sit.mu/tenders/ to take cognizance on any addendum and/or clarification(s) issued.

Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘Design, Finance and Build of Infrastructural Works for a Residential Morcellement at Côte D’Or (Contract Ref: SPDL/RFP/C2025/29)’ shall be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and deposited in the tender box located at the registered office of SIT Property Development Ltd, Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebène 72201.

Bids must be submitted not later than Friday 10th October 2025 at 15.00 hrs (MUR time). Electronic bids or late submissions will not be accepted. SPDL reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, and to cancel the bid process at any time prior to award, without incurring any liability towards any bidder or any obligation to inform any bidder of the reasons thereof.
