SIT Property Development Ltd (SPDL), a subsidiary of the Sugar Investment Trust (SIT), is inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fifteen (15) 3-phase Energy Meter at THE CORE Building, Ebène (Procurement Reference No: SPDL/RFQ/C2026/07).

The Bidding Documents can be downloaded free of charge by interested Parties from the website of SIT at “www.sit.mu”

Submission of Bidding Document
Envelope should clearly be marked with the tender name and reference number and shall be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, SIT Property Development Ltd, Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebène. Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box on or before 13.30 hours on 3rd April 2026.

Electronic bids or late submissions will not be accepted.

Any request for clarification in respect of the bids shall be submitted seven (7) days before closing of Bid.

SIT Property Development Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, and to cancel the bid process at any time prior to award, without incurring any liability towards any bidder or any obligation to inform any bidder of the reasons thereof.
