Prospective tenderers are hereby invited to submit their offer for the sale of second-hand vehicles on as “AS IN WHERE IS BASIS’’.

Interested persons are requested to contact the Procurement Department on 406 4747 for an appointment during office hours to inspect vehicle.

Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender- SALE OF VEHICLES- Procurement Number: C2026/11 with respective reference of vehicle tendered as per above” along with a banker’s cheque representing 10% of the tender amount as deposit should be addressed:

And deposited in the tender box of the Company at the above-mentioned address latest by Wednesday 29th April 2026 at 13hr30.

The amount of 10% made as deposit will be forfeited without it being necessary to resort to any judicial or extra judicial proceedings if the purchase is not
finalized within 5 days of acceptance of the offer.

The above deposit will be refunded to all unsuccessful tenderers.

Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

The company does not bind itself to accept any tender, nor will it assign any reason for its rejection.
