SIT Property Development Ltd (SPDL), a subsidiary of the Sugar Investment Trust (SIT), is inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the following tenders:
 

1. Request for Proposal for Project Management and Consultancy Services for Design, Finance and Build of Infrastructure Works for a Morcellement Work at Belle Rive. (Procurement Reference No: SPDL/RFP/C2026/04).
2. Request for Proposal for Project Management and Consultancy Services for Design, Finance and Build of Infrastructure Works for a Morcellement Work at Côte d'Or. (Procurement Reference No.: SPDL/RFP/C202/05).

Collection of Bidding Document

The Bidding Documents will be available at the Reception desk of SIT Property Development Ltd, Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebène upon a deposit of MUR 3,500 (Non-Refundable) for each bidding documents, starting from Thursday 12th February 2026. Prospective Bidders are advised to regularly consult the website https://www.sit.mu/tenders to take cognizance on any addendum and/or clarification(s) issued.
 

Submission of Bidding

Document Bids in sealed envelopes should clearly markedthetender bid’s ‘Name’ and the ‘Procurement Reference No.’ and shall be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and deposited in the tender box located at the registered office of SIT Property Development Ltd, Ground Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebène 72201.

Bids must be submitted not later than Friday 13th March 2026 at 15.00 hrs (MUR time). Electronic bids or late submissions will not be accepted.

SIT Property Development Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, and to cancel the bid process at any time prior to award, without incurring any liability towards any bidder or any obligation to inform any bidder of the reasons thereof.
