You are required to download the form below and submit the duly completed form in original together with a copy of your NIC.

Your contact details will be kept in the list of those shareholders willing to offer their shares for sale, for onward transmission to those willing to purchase shares in the Company.

• Please be informed that once your name and contact details have been added to the “List of Sale of Shares”, the person who is willing to purchase shares ( “the buyer”) will personally contact you. After negotiation between the two parties, the formalities will be completed at the SIT Office.
• SIT will not act as an agent between the two parties.
