In order to proceed with an amendment in address, you are requested to either submit a letter stating the amendment to be made to your Residential Address or to fill in an “Amendment Form”.

The Request Letter or Amendment Form should be submitted in original together with the following documents:

• Copy of NIC or Passports are accepted (Photo and Signature should be visible; if shares are held jointly, both NICs or Passports are required); and
• Copy of a Utility Bill less than 3 months old (CEB, CWA, Mauritius Telecom).
