Notice is hereby given to the public that the Unaudited Abridged Interim Financial Statements of SIT Land Holdings Ltd (‘SITLH’) for the Half-Year Ended 31 December 2024 have not yet been approved as the Board of Directors has not yet been reconstituted.

In this respect, the development & enterprise market (dem) has granted sitlh an extension of time up to 15 may 2025, to publish the aforesaid accounts.
